		<description>You are my Pie Sister.  You&#039;ve described my Pie Issues perfectly.  Honestly, most of the time, I only taste the filling because it&#039;s supposed to be there. I&#039;m after the crust, schmeared with pie filling.  

When someone eats the innards of a pie and leaves that strip of crust with indentations, I think ::have they gone completely mad?::  If it&#039;s family or a close friend, I&#039;ll take it right off the plate.  If it was a date, I wouldn&#039;t, but I&#039;d think he was a loser.  If it was a boyfriend, I may consider keeping him though, because that means I&#039;d always get the crust bits.  That&#039;s kinda a part of my romantic life now, when it comes to pizza.  Keep your wet inside of the wedge. Tear off the crust side, please, and give it to me.  He doesn&#039;t eat Pie, or he&#039;d be perfect, but oh well.

Like you, I can&#039;t really stomach the thought of a mile high pie of 95% cream, custard, syrups, goos, and merinques, on a thin piece of crust.  I want a thin pie with a proper proportion in all things.  Tarts are a better bet with me for that reason.

Anyway, I digress.  I&#039;m surprised I&#039;ve never made myself a pie crust and just spread butter and jam on it (Hmmm.).  I&#039;m making your More Crust Than Filling Version quite soon.</description>
