		<description>the sauce is a mixture of sugar, ketchup and white vinegar with dash of shaoxing. definitely need to marinate your chops with five spice powder. makes a difference.

Pigpigscorner- Mini square ribs, now that&#039;s a good alternative. I called them pops because the other day, I went to this restaurant where they served &quot;pops&quot; and that&#039;s how this name manifested

Sharon- Great! I Googled Pai Gu Wang and it seems your right! Alot of people have already replaced the usual pork with spare ribs. I&#039;ll also be sure to try out your recipe. Never though of marinating in Chinese rice wine...</description>

marinate the meat with some chinese rice wine and five spice powder then pat with cornflour and deep fried. then with a sweet and sour sauce. no pineapple no capsicum or anything else thats is typical of sweet and sour pork</description>
