		<description>sorry for the terribly late response keke! you can try to use half and half but you definitely won&#039;t get that full, rich consistency as you do with heavy cream. i HAVE seen some recipes use half and half but its sort of like making ice cream with half and half. Can you do it? yes, technically, but do you want to do it? Honestly, no!</description>
