When I made a ricotta pizza, I attempted to spread ricotta over a thick carmelized onion base, which resulted in the two toppings mixing together. Also, I used two onions and about a third of a cup of cheese on a ten inch pizza. It was kinda ugly. That is a beautiful pizza.
