Honestly, I’d prob do 2/3 blue & yellow cans and 1/3 pixian. or if you want to play it safe and don’t mind opening everything, make two separate sauces and toss it on at the end. i’d be curious to see how the spice works.

So you would either do the blue and yellow cans together OR do the pi xian dou ban by itself?
